It is possible to offer a session to a loved one. To do this, simply specify it when making your reservation by providing the guest's contact details. After payment by bank transfer, you will receive a confirmation to send to your guest. It will be up to the latter to contact us to specify the desired date and time.

Our shoots can be done in French, English and Italian. Our notions of Spanish remain minimal.

All seasons have their charms. On the other hand, the schedules must be necessarily early in the morning, especially if you choose a tourist point. If so, from March to November, we start shooting at 7 a.m., and from November to February from 8 a.m. Sunrise is the best time to shoot in Paris: Better light + No swarms of tourists in the background. Sunset photo shoots are just as magical. We have strategically chosen the locations so that you have the most beautiful photos possible.

Of course. Paris at night is magical and you will have a real memory of the "city of light". For this, you can choose any of our photographic services, with slots ranging from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. However, night shooting requires an additional hourly rate. Contact us for more details.

Trips are mostly made on foot, but in some cases, they can be done by public transport (2€) or by Taxi / Uber (variable price between 10-15€). These costs are not included in the price of the package and are therefore entirely your responsibility. Remember to check the "practical information" of each service offered, you will find there, among other things, all this dedicated information.

Yes. For example, when you book a 3-hour shoot (from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.), the photographer will reserve this slot in his agenda. This slice of 3H will be exclusively dedicated to you.

Your edited digital HD photos will be delivered between 4 and 7 days (maximum) after your shoot.

Your photos will be available in a virtual gallery, where you can view and download all photos using your phone, tablet or computer. They can also be sent directly to you via a private and secure internet link (WeTransfer type).

After the selection and careful editing of your best photos, you will receive the number of photos corresponding to the initial package chosen (For example, between 40 and 60 HD photos for a Basik’ 1H package).

All services provided include two basic Post Production steps: Editing and Processing. Editing is the analysis of photos one by one, to predefine a careful selection of your best photos. The processing corresponds to the "retouching" of the photos: Improvement of exposure, brightness, contrast, shadows, tones, tints, temperature and colorimetry. During the processing phase, the photographer may decide to remove minor imperfections and flaws. It should be noted that these 2 Post Production stages have the sole purpose of embellishing the original photo and not of transforming it. *Image manipulation or its diversion are not included in the services offered. Under no circumstances will any bodily manipulation take place, or the deletion / addition of objects in the scene.

No, the photos will be delivered to you without a logo. However, Photo Tour Paris© remains the holder of the intellectual property of the photos and authorizes the use of your photos for strictly personal use. Any marketing and/or distribution of photos on printed and/or digital media (social networks, blogs, newspapers, magazines, etc.) requires Photo Tour Paris© credit.

It is possible. Photo Tour Paris© being the sole copyright holder, we are therefore free to publish your photos without prior authorization to use the image. However, it is quite possible to inform us of your unwillingness to see your photos broadcast. To do this, simply send us a message to this effect, when booking or even after your photo shoot.

Yes, all photos will be stored on local servers for a period of 3 months. The customer can request a duplicate of his photos, with a minimal recovery fee. After this time, for privacy reasons, the photos will be automatically and permanently deleted.

The photographer is reserved for a limited time. If you are late and IF (and only if) the photographer is available, you can add extra time. In any case, customers are asked to ensure that they take their precautions so that this does not happen. Also, a reminder message, with the exact time and place of the appointment, is automatically sent in advance, in order to anticipate travel times and possible Parisian traffic jams, Paris being a city with heavy traffic and sometimes subject to strong disturbances.

Paris is an unpredictable city and having rain on the day of your shoot is a possibility. What to do in this case? There are several options: – If (heavy) rain is forecast before the day of the shoot, we can change the time and/or day, depending on the availability of the photographer and the client. – We can carry out the photo shoot in protected and original places, such as the Bir Hakeim bridge, the arcades of the Louvre, among others. If the customer cancels 7 days before the date of the photo session, his payment will be refunded to him at 50% (minus the associated bank charges). If the cancellation is made by the customer within less than 7 days, the payment will not be refunded. In this case, the total amount of the service is retained to cover the commercial costs and the blocking of the date. The change of date of the reservation/service is considered as a total cancellation and gives rise to the application of the cancellation conditions above. In the case of a date postponement after "firm reservation", PHOTO TOUR PARIS will receive 50% of the amount of the postponed service (Except for cases of force majeure*).
